Zara is the founder of Elevate Pole Fitness Studio. She had no dance or fitness background when she first started pole dance, and never dreamed her body would be capable of the things it can do now, let alone that one day she would be teaching classes!
She first started teaching pole fitness classes in 2021 and is passionate about supporting students to reach the best of their abilities and sharing the joy and challenges of pole with the Pudsey and Leeds community.

Odessa discovered her passion for pole in 2021. After years of lifting weights in the gym but consistently avoiding upper body workouts, she found a new challenge and inspiration in pole fitness. Embracing the physical and artistic aspects of the discipline, Odessa decided to share her enthusiasm with others.
She loves how inclusive pole fitness is, allowing people from all fitness backgrounds to enjoy the sport.

Leo's journey with pole fitness began in late 2020. With the lockdown restrictions in place, Leo discovered pole fitness as a way to stay active and challenged at home. As places reopened, she eagerly joined pole classes and quickly fell head over heels in love with the sport.
What sets pole apart from traditional gym workouts is the combination of strength, flexibility, and artistry – something Leo adores.

Charlie has been dancing since she was 2yrs old before discovering pole in 2010. With a love for all things circus and bendy Charlie qualified in pole, aerial and flexibility. She has a passion for getting people to step out of their comfort zone and achieve things they didn’t think they could.
When Charlie isn’t running her salon or teaching classes she loves to take her skills to the stage and perform.

Amy is a flexibility cover instructor at the studio and currently training to be a PT. She loves all things fitness (whether that’s pole, weightlifting, flexibility training or running) because of how much it benefits your mental health as well as physical.
Her favourite thing about pole is the community: making friends, laughing your head off, having fun, and learning to do incredible things all at once.

Ash began her pole & aerial journey in late 2021, looking for a challenge for her mind and body after turning 30. She discovered a passion for building strength, confidence and resilience through movement. Since then, she’s trained a variety of apparatus and had the opportunity to perform with the circus, flying at 30ft in the air with Bloom.
Ash is about creating a fun, welcoming space where everyone feels supported. She believes pole and aerial is for everybody and loves helping students grow in confidence, celebrating their progress and achieving things they never thought possible!
