Next Intro to Pole Course starts Wed 4th Feb 8pm or Sun 22nd Feb 2pm!
Where possible, we recommend starting with the Intro to Pole Course first as these courses follow a set structure and gradually progress over the 4 weeks. You'll learn all the key techniques to get you started on your pole journey and you will gradually develop strength over the course. Once you have completed the course you can move up to Beginner classes.
We understand this may not always be possible especially for those that work shifts, so first timers are also welcome to attend the Beginner classes. We will give variations in these classes to cater for those that are attending for the first time and those that have attended more classes.
For Lollipop, students must attend the Intro to Lollipop course first before joining the drop in group classes, unless you have previous hoop or pole experience.
