Join our next Intro to Pole course Sunday 27th October 4PM
A 4 week beginner course designed to introduce you to the foundation moves of pole fitness. You'll learn different spins, climb techniques, basic seats and have an introduction to both static and spin pole. Great for building strength and confidence!
Ideal for absolute beginners. No dance or fitness background needed. Perfect for those feeling nervous about starting their pole fitness journey!
Pre-requisites: None
In these classes you'll learn to connect and build upon some of the foundation pole dance moves. Don't worry if you haven't been able to attend the 4 week Intro course we will recap.
You'll learn additional spins, develop your climb techniques, learn a variety of pole seats and layback. Static and Spinning Pole options will be available.
Ideal for beginners. No dance or fitness background needed.
Pre-requisites: None
In these classes you'll learn additional spins & combos, and you will start to perform more moves and sequences up the pole. Including layback variations, handstand shapes and basic inversions such as crucifix and gemini. This is a progression from the beginner class and course.
Not suitable for beginners.
Pre-requisites: Prior experience & confidence required with basic spins, rockstar, climbs, seats & laybacks.
These classes are for those with previous pole dancing experience. Regressions and progressions will be given depending on the level.

Pre-requisites: Prior experience & confidence required with crucifix, outside leg hang, inside leg hang, flatline scorpio, butterfly and all of the Higher Beginner pre-req's.
To give students access to more classes and more flexibility. A couple of our classes are open to a small mix of abilities.
Thursday 7pm is open to Beginner and Higher Beginner students.
Sunday 7pm is open to Higher Beginner and Intermediate students
In these classes you will learn beginner friendly pole dancing choreography to build your confidence moving around the pole. Some floor work and heels based tricks will also be covered in these classes. You can wear socks or pole specific heels (such as Pleasers or Hella Heels). Knee pads required.
Pre-requisites: > 4hrs pole dance experience recommended. No dance experience needed.
Mat work with no/limited use of the poles. We will guide you through proper form and technique to help you improve and develop your flexibility.
Classes will have a focus on either front splits or middle splits to help you achieve your long terms goals, you do not need to be flexible when you start!
All abilities welcome!
Pre-requisites: None
These sessions are not instructor led. This is time for you to practice what you have learnt in classes so far. Participant is responsible for their own warm up and cool down.
Must have previous experience.
121 private tuition session with Zara. 221 or small group bookings are also available. Perfect for working on specific goals, targets, preparing for photoshoots or building confidence if you're nervous about attending a class straight away.
