No absolutely not! Pole dance is for everyone! Pole dancing is a great form of exercise for people of all ages, backgrounds, shapes and sizes.

We are located in Cape Industrial Estate, Farsley. We are located in the Upper car park next to door to Ultraflex. Farsley has good bus connections to both Leeds and Bradford and there is an on site car park. The nearest train station is around a 30 minutes walk (Bramley).

Payment are made via Stripe. Cash or alternative payment methods such as PayPal may be accepted on exception.

Shorts and a vest top are ideal, this will help you grip to the pole. All watches and jewellery must be removed.

Please avoid moisturisers and oils as this will make your skin slippy!

Please give 24 hours notice for a full refund of the class pass. After this period the full value of the class will still be charged and no class credits will be given.

Yes, our policy is 2 to a pole. Though this isn't a bad thing! It gives you a chance to take a rest between moves and get to know new people. Our classes are small meaning you get plenty of contact with your instructor.

Limited sessions areavailable on a regular basis at this venue, however additional ad-hoc sessions may be available at the studio. Please email to enquire.

We don't currently offer classes to children or under 18's. Though this is something we are hoping to introduce in the future, so please register your interest and keep your eyes peeled in 2025!
